YOU’LL NEED:
-1/2 c finely diced red onion
-2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas
-1 1/2 c chopped parsley
-3 bell peppers, chopped
-1/2 large seedless cucumber, chopped
-1/2 c crumbled feta
-Chopped romaine
For the Dressing:
-3 T extra-virgin olive oil
-3 T red wine vinegar
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
-1 tsp kosher salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper

I made it for the first time and I put raw beets, because didn’t know it had to be cooked or not and honestly this was horrible my stomach hurt and so heavy the milk wasted all the ingredients and had to throw it away we’ll need to explain exactly about the beets now makes me not to trust people on any social media really I did and it was bad what the heck I did it for?😡
